Health And Safety Coordinator

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full‑time Occupational Health & Safety Coordinator in the Lebanon, TN area. Key Responsibilities Conduct safety inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions Maintain OSHA-required documentation, safety records, and compliance reporting Support EHS programs, training initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts Assist with emergency response, first aid, workers’ compensation, and return‑to‑work coordination Track safety metrics, maintain documentation, and support reporting activities Partner with Operations and HR teams to promote a strong safety culture throughout the facility Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Industrial Safety, EHS, Occupational Health, Nursing, or a related field Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain) CPR/First Aid certification required Experience with incident investigations, audits, and corrective action tracking Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas at this time.
