Blessings of Hope is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Manager to oversee and support the technology infrastructure that keeps our ministry operating efficiently and securely.

This is a hands-on, jack-of-all-trades IT leadership role. As our in-house technology expert, you'll support a technology team while managing a wide range of responsibilities, including network and server administration, cybersecurity, cloud services, end-user support, and technology projects.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems, adapting to changing priorities, and wearing many hats while ensuring our technology remains secure, reliable, and effective. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and security systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and support requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Identify technology needs and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, security, and reliability.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and software applications.
• Monitor and strengthen cybersecurity practices, policies, and safeguards.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, warranties, and technology purchases.
• Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and disaster recovery processes.
• Travel occasionally between Blessings of Hope locations to provide onsite support and manage infrastructure needs.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of computer systems, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of programming concepts and modern technology platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Proven leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to complete and pass a background check.
