Registered NurseAll Ways Caring Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect care to clients in the comfort of their home environment.The nurse supervises and directs the efforts of the Caregiver when involved in the client's plan of care. Based on state regulations, nurses may perform administrative and/or field/clinical responsibilities.This PRN RN role is an as-needed position with no guaranteed or set schedule. The position is primarily focused on clinical oversight and administrative nursing responsibilities rather than direct hands-on patient care. Duties include developing and updating care plans, reviewing documentation, and supporting overall client care coordination.Job ResponsibilitiesProvides skilled nursing care/treatment to clients per Physicians Orders and Plan of CareDocuments nursing actions of all care given to individuals and informs physicians and family accordinglyAdministers and monitors medication and management as prescribed by physicianConducts nursing assessment visit as neededFollows policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standardsCompletes supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and completion of required documentationImplements nursing support for individuals in a home settingWorks with Director or Nursing/Nurse Supervisor and/or Branch Manager to address the health needs of individualsParticipates in staff meetings, in-services and other meetings as neededEnsures compliance with physician's verbal orders and medical reportsQualificationsDegree in Nursing from an accredited schoolOne or more years of nursing experience preferredCurrent and unrestricted license in the state of the operationCPR professional certificationExcellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the companyCapable of working independently with highly confidential informationSalary RangeUSD $40.00 / Hour
