Salary will be $16.39 per hour Part‑time position working up to 25 hours per week (Monday‑Friday or 4‑day work week as an option) About Easterseals Florida Easterseals Florida delivers impactful services through 52 programs statewide , supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. What We Offer Live and on‑demand Professional Development opportunities Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) Savings Plan Easterseals Cares Wellness Program A culture that supports Work‑Life Balance The opportunity to make a lasting impact in your community A Snapshot Of What You'll Do Provide general administrative and office support Maintain client records and enter data accurately in internal systems Track referrals, authorizations, and required documentation Assist with reporting and ensure timely submission of data Support client intake, communication, and family inquiries Collaborate with staff and assist with program operations as needed Qualifications Certificate from a college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and at least 6 months of related experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to learn database systems quickly Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to meet the approved driver qualifications in order to drive a personal vehicle, as required, to meetings and for other business‑related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history) Easterseals Florida is a Drug Free Workplace (DFWP).
