- Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal care. \n
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, comprehensive treatment to clients. \n

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist at Blue Sphere, you will work with a diverse cohort of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, facing mood disorders. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Active and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington. \n
- Demonstrated ability to deliver successful treatment outcomes for clients with mood disorders. \n
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven capacity to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills in developing appropriate treatment interventions. \n

- Two or more years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, focusing specifically on mood disorders. \n
- Proficient knowledge of evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT, with the ability to apply these techniques effectively. \n
- Experience collaborating with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. \n
- Familiarity with psychopharmacology, particularly as it relates to mood disorder treatments. \n
The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, Blue Sphere offers a sign-on bonus to the right candidate.
