This is a chance to practice true medical optometry, build real patient relationships, and work in a supportive, modern environment — without the pressure of commercial or private equity settings.Practice full-scope care with advanced technology including Clarus imaging, Cirrus OCT, slit-lamp photography, IPL, and more. Our team manages Dry Eye, Glaucoma, Scleral Lenses, and surgical co-management with a strong emphasis on personalized, patient-centered care.**About the role:** Four day workweek, seventeen comprehensive exams a day, thirty six hours total, no weekends.
