What you'll be doing Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle What success looks like Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$120K annualized) Year 1: Top quartile clears $150K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles Who we're looking for Coachable.
