Job Responsibilities
- Operate cherry picker and reach truck forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pull, and stage orders from warehouse racking locations.
- Load and unload products from trucks and storage areas.
- Move materials and inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Accurately scan, track, and verify inventory using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas.
- Follow all OSHA, company safety policies, and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a cherry picker and/or reach truck forklift.
- Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification).
- Ability to work at elevated heights safely and comfortably.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required.
