Material Handler I - Weekend Shift - $20.75/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Differential

Work Flexibility: Onsite Permanent Schedule: Friday–Saturday: 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Sunday: 5:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Candidates must be able to work weekday training and weekend work once the shift begins. Remote and hybrid roles are also available as described below. Work Flexibility Summary Remote – majority to 100% of time from alternate workplace. Field-based – majority to 100% of time at customer facilities within a defined territory. Onsite – 100% at a Stryker facility, with potential ad hoc flexibility. Hybrid – combination of alternate workplace and Stryker facility. Responsibilities Accurately select, pack, and ship products to customers. Operate material handling equipment (stand‑up forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies). Move products efficiently and accurately within the manufacturing facility. Coordinate material flow with quality and production teams. Maintain a computerized inventory system (ERP) and reconcile discrepancies. Use scanning devices, shrink‑wrapping equipment, and knives. Lift and move up to 50pounds. Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Forklift experience.
