Product Marketing Manager - Rock Hill, SC

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC seeks Product Marketing Manager at our Rock Hill, SC location. Job Duties Develop innovative and value‑added strategies to market Atlas Copco oil‑free air compressor products and technologies to differentiate them from competitors, optimizing profits and meeting growth objectives. Create product marketing tools and application strategies for the sales force to grow Atlas Copco’s compressed air market share. Produce technical drawings, datasheets, calculations, market analysis, pricing strategy, content creation and marketing plans to position products in the correct target market and support sales activities. Train the sales team to understand the solutions and applications presented by these products for specialized customer bases and market segments. Develop plans to introduce and market new products and applications, coordinating market‑development strategies. Coach and mentor sales, business development, and key segment teams to understand the value proposition, product applications, and benefits from a technical and commercial perspective. Analyze market and competitors, evaluating trends, pricing, and distribution. Prepare marketing materials such as datasheets, PowerPoint presentations, leaflets and calculator tools. Support new product launches from technical and commercial standpoints, including market and application requirements. Provide technical product information for new launches: datasheets, brochures, presentations, videos, press releases and website content. Assist the sales team with product materials, benchmarking data, and technical support. Organize initiatives to inform customers in target markets about the latest technologies and recommend optimal use of new developments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related engineering discipline. Five (5) years of related experience required. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in air‑compressor products and technologies, including high‑pressure oil‑free air and gas industrial compressors; sales and marketing of technical industrial equipment; market analysis; and training of sales teams. Demonstrated ability to assess product performance, evaluate suitability for client needs, determine system reliability, and conduct detailed market analysis within high‑pressure air and gas compression segments. Experience preparing and executing marketing campaigns to promote high‑pressure air and gas compressors within national territories. Organizing, curating, and maintaining technical and commercial documents to support sales activities. Up to 15% domestic travel required. Local telecommuting permitted two days per week.
