Trillium Construction is seeking Flux Core Welders for a fabrication shop in Decatur, Alabama.
This is a full-time opportunity. Pay rate for the welders that meet the qualifications is $26+ depending on experience and skillset. Candidates that can also fit and fabricate structural steel will have an opportunity for a higher pay rate, $28. No per diem is available. Schedule is working 40-60 hours a week.

-Candidates should be able to work independently or as a team. -Must have at least 1 years of experience and be able to safely perform tasks given.
-Candidates will need to be proficient in the Flux Core Welding process.
-Welding Process: FCAW-Flux- Core welding
-Filler Metal: 0.045 E71T-12C/M-H8
-Material: Carbon Steel
-Plate thickness: 1/2” note: backing strip will be used with run-off tabs
-Weld test positions: V Groove 3G (uphill) test & 4G (overhead)
-NDT/testing type: visual of root and final cap and 2 side bends.
-All candidates must be able to pass a 9-panel drug screen and background check.
-OSHA 10 and a Type 2 Class E Hard hat is preferred
