We have a diverse, collaborative and teamwork centered team. We currently are at a 5:1 nurse/patient ratio and have support staff of PCT, Nurse Techs & LPNs. We have a unit educator who ensures our staff maintains unit required CEUs and is also a great resource to our staff and management. We have daily "Energizers" as a quick method of communication to staff of important system and campus specific news/updates. We are proud to be revolutionizing health care with visionary leadership and world-class resourcesThe role you'll contribute:The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age specific groups. Utilizes the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department. Adheres to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies.
