Role Description This is a full-time, remote Sales Associate role. The Sales Associate will engage prospective and existing customers through calls, video meetings, emails, and messaging platforms to present NOORBY INC.’s technology solutions and clarify their value. Responsibilities include managing a pipeline of leads, conducting product demonstrations, qualifying prospects, and supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing proposals and follow-up materials, and coordinating with product, marketing, and customer success teams to address client needs. The Sales Associate will track performance metrics, gather customer feedback, and contribute insights to improve sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and present solutions clearly in written and verbal formats.
  • Experience with customer outreach and sales processes, such as prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing opportunities in a B2B or technology environment.
  • Comfort using digital tools, including CRM software, video conferencing platforms, and productivity tools to organize work and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to understand and explain technology products in a clear, accessible way to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple opportunities, and meet deadlines and targets.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional team members.
  • Analytical mindset, including the ability to interpret basic sales data, track key performance indicators, and use insights to improve results.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management is preferred; experience in the technology or SaaS sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in global commerce and emerging technologies, and a commitment to inclusive, respectful, and ethical business practices.
