Your Role: Emergency Veterinarian As an Emergency Veterinarian at All Valley Animal Care Center, you’ll be part of a dynamic ER team dedicated to delivering compassionate, high‑quality care to our patients and community. We’re looking for an experienced ER veterinarian – though we also welcome early‑career doctors seeking mentorship in a supportive, hands‑on environment. Compensation We offer a competitive, no-negative-accrual PROSAL model that rewards both your time and your talent. Annual range: $160,000–$200,000 (market estimate for the region; final offer commensurate with experience). Additional compensation opportunities are available through production and shift differentials.
