Guest Experience Associate Part Time

Do you have hospitality and customer service experience? Stay Sojo Furnished Living provides furnished corporate apartments nationwide and has a great opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant in Glendale, AZ. In this position you will be delivering exceptional guest services to in‑house guests and conducting quality inspections of units between guests while monitoring the property on a routine basis. This position will be part‑time approximately 24 hours a week, with occasional flexibility needed. Thursdays – Overnight from 11PM to 7AM Saturdays – Typically 10AM‑6:30PM Sundays – (Might vary) but typically from 10AM‑7PM What you have High School Diploma or Equivalent 1+ years operations, housekeeping and/or customer service experience in a similar field of work Exceptional customer service skills High emotional intelligence Genuine desire to help others Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guests Bilingual a plus What you’ll do Maintain friendly and welcoming attitude towards guests Maintain professional relationship with guests, clients, vendors and all staff On the overnight shift, you will be responsible for ensuring each guest has checked out with the Stay Sojo team member before departing, collecting signatures and keys, and notifying the appropriate party if keys are lost Address guests’ service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner Inspect units upon checkout for cleanliness and condition of furnishings between guests; supply unit with additional guest supplies when necessary Monitor the property during stated coverage hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure a quiet and peaceful environment for all residents This position may require involvement in special projects and initiatives as they arise; candidates should be adaptable and open to taking on diverse tasks to support the company’s evolving needs Physical Demand Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Ability to communicate clearly Corrected vision to normal range Ability to drive/transport self and others Ability to travel on occasion for meetings Ability to work long hours as required Mental Demands Make sound judgments quickly Work on multiple tasks, making appropriate progress towards deadlines Able to work independently, take direction, and provide direction to others Manage differing personalities Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality Ability to work effectively in stressful, high‑pressure situations Ability to effectively handle challenges in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary As a Guest Services Attendant, you must be self‑motivated, problem‑solving in nature, and well organized.
