Travel RN - Med/Surg

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg position on a night shift schedule requiring at least 1 year of experience and an active AL or compact RN license.

Job Details

• Med/Surg unit (Floor 6) in a hospital setting,
• Night shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM,
• Patient ratio of 6:1,
• Every other weekend required,
• Cerner EMR experience preferred,
• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required,
• Current BLS certification required (must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start),
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience required,
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible,
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,
• Valid driver's license required for consideration,
• US SSN required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position,
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week in duration
