Compensation & Benefits


Base Salary: $86,500-$93,000 depending on experience


Enhanced Compensation


We offer a professional revenue share model that gives you a direct, transparent connection between your clinical work and your income. Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn up to an additional 20% of their base salary!

Technology That Supports Clinicians

We utilize Prompt EMR with integrated AI-assisted documentation tools designed to reduce documentation burden and improve clinician efficiency, allowing therapists to spend more time focused on patient care.


Position Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards
• Support a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Current Physical Therapist licensure (or eligibility)
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic and/or sports rehabilitation preferred
• Residency-trained or Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance regulations
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
• Ability to manage a dynamic outpatient caseload while maintaining exceptional patient care and communication
