About Us Adaptations Unlimited is a mobile pediatric therapy practice providing OT, PT, Speech, and Developmental therapy in homes, daycares, and community settings across Northern Illinois. Founded by a clinician and proudly woman-owned, our practice started 18 years ago and has grown alongside the families we serve.
