About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Hilton Head is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our growing team in beautiful Hilton Head, SC. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and individuals who need support to live safely and comfortably at home. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety at home
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors

Requirements:

• Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field preferred
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
