A boutique law firm is looking for a highly capable, experienced and motivated paralegal to join our Plaintiff's personal injury litigation department. Job requirements: 5 + years of Plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience required. Excellent secretarial and clerical skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently. Punctual. Microsoft office knowledge a must. Experience handling litigation files, including: preparing letters and documents, preparing pleadings, discovery, trial preparation, calendar maintenance, scheduling of depositions, mediations, trials etc., maintaining client files from receipt to closing.
