Senior Director, People Strategy & Transformation

AbbVie seeks a Senior Director to lead People Strategy & Transformation, architecting HR organizational change through integrated strategy, technology, and communications. The role directs enterprise-wide people initiatives, aligns HR investments with business priorities, and drives adoption of HR technology and transformation across a complex global organization.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion enterprise-wide people strategy aligned with business priorities and organizational vision
- Lead people branding and storytelling efforts to shape employee value proposition and talent brand globally
- Own annual HR prioritization and strategic planning cycles to align PE investments and resources
- Provide executive leadership for HR technology strategy, including Workday platforms and emerging technologies
- Oversee HR Global Portfolio, reporting on initiative health, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- Progressive HR leadership experience across strategy, technology, and operational transformation
- Enterprise-scale HR strategy, planning, or technology program leadership in large global organizations
- Deep expertise in HR strategy, HR technology, change management, PMO, or people branding
- Demonstrated ability to translate vision into executable strategy and drive transformational change
