Employee Relations Specialist

Charlotte Area Transit System

The Charlotte Area Transit System is seeking an HR Supervisor for Employee Relations. This key position leads employee relations activities, overseeing grievance procedures and guiding supervisors through complex workplace issues. You will manage casework, ensure compliance with policies, and supervise a team of specialists while fostering a stable and supportive work environment within a union-influenced transit system.
