Consult with the Food Service Director in helping to establish policies, procedures, standards, and objectives for the department operations. Assist in assuring delivery of quality nutrition and food services. Coordinates with other departments to provide maximum level of service. Assist Food Service Director in assuring department compliance with requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies. Qualifications LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, REGISTRATION, ETC.: Registered Dietitian and Licensed by the State of Texas. SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE: Membership to the American Dietetic Association. Working knowledge and familiarity with the usage of most audiovisual equipment, typewriter, computer experience preferred. Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred. 3 years of experience preferred. EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree in Food and Nutrition by an accredited university or college. #J-18808-Ljbffr
