Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Part-Time

Healthcare Provider Opportunity Join our growing healthcare team providing patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Flanagan, Illinois. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, no call or overnight responsibilities, and the opportunity to work collaboratively with physicians and facility staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
