Your future role at a glance Location: Appleton, WI Facility: Midway Clinic Department: Rehabilitation Outpatient pediatrics Schedule: Full-time | 36 hours | Monday-Friday| day shift How you’ll make an impact in this role Clinical Preparation: An active state Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license (or eligibility) and completion of an accredited OTA program. Patient-Centered Approach: Strong observational and documentation skills, with the ability to adapt treatments dynamically based on patient response. Clear Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to consult effectively with therapists, mentor support staff, and guide families through transition planning. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Certified Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (COTA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
