Customer Service Representative - Springdale

Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures Creating & filing paperwork (invoices, financial slips, etc.) Checking out customers whether the payment is cash, check, credit-card, or financing Reconciliing your drawer at the end of shift Must be willing to work weekends and most holidays Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Accuracy & detail-orientation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using computer systems and software applications Reliable transportation to & from work Must be willing to work assigned schedule Must be able to stand up to 8 hours Driver's License (Required) Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required Benefits Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, Accidental, Short-Term Disability) 4 Paid Holidays (Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, Birthday) Employee Discount IRA Contribution Matching Paid Time Off/Vacation At our company, we value our customers and strive to provide 6-star service.
