GYN Sales Specialist - Atlanta, GA

Medtronic seeks a GYN Sales Specialist for a field-based role in Atlanta covering gynecological surgical solutions. The position involves building clinical expertise, developing customer relationships, and driving procedural adoption and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic account plans and drive above-market growth in gynecological procedures within assigned territory
- Build clinical expertise with TruCaler portfolio and accelerate procedural adoption through education and competitive strategies
- Manage capital and disposable sales quotas while forecasting opportunities and tracking market share shifts
- Lead market development programs, training initiatives, and simulation labs to expand procedural indications
- Engage customers on disease management, patient outcomes, and clinical evidence to strengthen partnerships
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 6+ years relevant medical device or healthcare sales experience
- Or associate's degree plus 4+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
- Or bachelor's degree plus 2+ years relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within 50-mile territory radius
- Proven quota attainment track record and CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Microsoft Office)
- Strong clinical environment knowledge and complex product communication skills
- Strategic business planning and key stakeholder relationship management capabilities
