Educates and monitors activities./liliWorks with Facility for problem solving when needs arise in areas such as monitoring resident care delivery systems, recommending medication delivery systems and ordering schedules, training on use of forms and systems monitoring implementation of standards of care./liliEvaluates Care Plans and training/liliEvaluates pressure sores and treatments and makes recommendations/liliTrains and monitors all nursing policies and procedures./liliWorks with Facility committees on policies and procedures, program development and in-servicing/liliKeeps current and is knowledgeable of new regulations, directives, and QA manual material in order to accurately relay and interpret the information./li/ulpRN Supervisor Qualifications:/pulliActive PA Registered Nurse (RN) license required/liliPrevious experience in supervisory role in LTC setting preferred/li/ul/div
