You'll be overseeing critical electrical aspects of our photovoltaic project during its construction phase. Think of yourself as the conductor of our electrical orchestra, ensuring every note is perfect and every connection is secure. What will you be doing? Leading and guiding the electrical team on-site. Ensuring all electrical installations meet Eosol Group's high standards and project specifications. Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Troubleshooting and resolving any electrical issues that pop up – you're the problem-solver! Maintaining a safe and productive work environment. ✅ Monitoring progress and reporting on electrical works. Reviewing electrical drawings and documentation. Championing safety protocols and best practices. ⛑️ What do you bring to the table? A solid 2 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor. You've been there, done that, and got the t-shirt (or maybe just a really cool hard hat). Crucially , you have prior experience in photovoltaic projects. You know your way around solar farms like the back of your hand! You've got the necessary work visa for the USA. You're a communication whiz with an advanced (C1 level) English proficiency. You can chat, debate, and present like a pro! ️ Bonus points if you have: Experience with large-scale energy projects. ⚡ Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards.
