Internship and Trainee Program

Program Start: December 2026

Hours: 32-40 hours/week

Compensation: $14.00 per hour

Number of Positions Offered: 4

Housing: 2-week temporary stay

Located downtown Indianapolis, this 4-star hotel is in a prime location for many local attractions including restaurants, shopping centers, and sports attractions. Offering meeting spaces and beautiful stays, the hotel welcomes guests to relax and explore the city. They also serve a variety of fresh eats in their renovated restaurant including a full bar.

Position Description:

Learn all aspects of food service in an upscale hotel
Aid in upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operation
Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
Advance management skills and supervisory duties

Applicant Qualifications:

To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be hospitality or restaurant management undergraduate/graduate students OR be recent graduates who begin program within 12 months of the graduation date
To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold hospitality or restaurant management degrees and have least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years of professional experience in this field
Applicants must speak ADVANCED ENGLISH, have a positive attitude and the ability to communicate with clients and hotel associates
