Direct Support Professional

Overview Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc, an Affiliate of Apis Services, is seeking to hire a Full-Time Direct Support Professional to provide direct support to individuals within the Wexford area. This position will assist individuals in our Residential IDD Program under the 6400 Regulatory Compliance. Responsibilities Assist with daily activities within the Community Living Arrangement (CLA), including meal preparation, shopping, leisure activities, and helping individuals achieve consumer outcomes as outlined in the Individual Service Plan. Assist with community home licensing annually and home activities as prescribed in operation regulations. Work with the Assistant Program Coordinator to ensure that all needs of the individuals are met according to the Individual Service Plan. Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals residing in the home.
