Senior Staff Accountant | Onsite – Greenville, NC | Long Term Contract

We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our team at a newly acquired site in Greenville, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to update documentation, and experience in general accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews.
• Assist in transitioning to SAP ERP system.
• Collaborate with the FP&A team at the other facility.
• Ensure documentation is in place for all accounting activities.
• Work closely with the site controller and Senior Financial Analyst, overseeing all accounting activities.
• Provide short-term and long-term solutions depending on IT project timelines.
• Transition work to the shared services group after ~12 months.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to update documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Ability to manage and integrate accounting processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Industry experience in manufacturing is helpful; pharma experience is not required.

This is a Contract position based out of Greenville, NC.

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $45.32/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Greenville,NC.
