Theidealcandidatethrivesinafast-pacedconstructionenvironment,enjoyssolvingproblems,andcanindependentlymanagecompetingprioritieswhilemaintainingexceptionalattentiontodetail.Successinthisrolerequiresstrongcommunicationskills,constructionknowledge,andacommitmenttokeepingprojectsonschedule,compliant,andmovingforward. WhatYou’llDo Coordinatedailyandweeklyprojectschedules,ensuringcrews,equipment,andmaterialsareproperlyassignedandoptimizedacrossactiveprojects. Assistwiththepreparation,distribution,tracking,anddocumentationofchangeordersandcontractualagreementsinpartnershipwiththeProjectManagerandDirectorofContracts. Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforsuppliersandmaterialvendorstomonitororderstatus,confirmdeliveryschedules,andresolveshortagesordelays. SupportProjectManagerswithsubcontractordocumentation,schedulingcoordination,andcommunicationefforts. Collect,organize,andsubmitprojectsubmittals,includingcolorselections,productspecifications,andcertificationapprovals. Prepare,issue,andtrackpurchaseordersformaterials,services,andsubcontractorsinalignmentwithprojectbudgetsandtimelines. Submitandmanagepermitapplicationsandassistwithinspectionsandcompliancedocumentation. Monitorprojectprogress,maintainprojectmanagementsystems,andproactivelyaddresschallengesbyescalatingissueswithrecommendedsolutions. Supportsitesupervisorswithprojectdocumentation,safetycompliance,andqualitycontrolprocesses. Maintainaccuraterecordsofdeliveries,equipmentusage,projectmilestones,changeorders,andothercriticalprojectdocumentation. Facilitatecommunicationbetweenfieldteamsandofficestafftoensurealignmentonschedules,resources,andprojectobjectives. Assistwithclientcommunications,schedulingupdates,andcoordinationofmeetingswhilerepresentingtheconstructionteamprofessionally. Compileandsubmitprojectcloseoutdocumentation,includingwarranties,as-builtdocumentation,operationandmaintenancemanuals,andfinalinspectionapprovals. SupportProjectManagersinpreparingweeklyandmonthlyprojectstatusreports. Identifyopportunitiestoimprovescheduling,communication,documentation,andfieldcoordinationprocesses. WhatYou’llBring Previousexperienceinconstructioncoordination,projectadministration,projectsupport,orasimilarconstruction-relatedrole. Workingknowledgeofconstructionsequencing,sitelogistics,permittingprocesses,safetystandards,andqualitycontrolrequirements. Experiencecoordinatingmultipleprojectssimultaneouslywhilemaintainingattentiontodetailandmeetingdeadlines. Proficiencywithprojectmanagementsoftware,ERPsystems,andMicrosoftOfficeapplications;experiencewithBuild/Forma,MicrosoftProject,orsimilarplatformsispreferred. Strongorganizational,communication,andproblem-solvingskills. Abilitytomanageprioritiesindependentlywithminimalsupervision. Demonstratedabilitytomaintainaccurateandthoroughprojectdocumentation. Strongschedulingandresourcecoordinationskillswiththeabilitytokeepprojectsmovingwithincontractualtimelines. Asolutions-orientedmindsetthatfocusesonresolvingissuesratherthansimplyidentifyingthem. Collaborative,team-focusedapproachwithahighlevelofaccountability,initiative,andprofessionalism. PhysicalRequirements Prolongedperiodsofsittingandworkingonacomputer. Abilitytoperformrepetitiveadministrativetaskswithahighdegreeofaccuracy. Occasionalliftingofupto20pounds. WorkEnvironment Thisisaremote/hybridpositionthatrequiresregularcoordinationwithprojectteams,vendors,suppliers,clients,andfieldpersonnel.Occasionaltraveltoprojectsitesmayberequiredtosupportprojectcoordination,inspections,documentation,oroperationalneeds.Theroleoperatesinafast-pacedconstructionenvironmentwhereflexibility,responsiveness,andstrongorganizationalskillsareessentialforsuccess.
