Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforsuppliersandmaterialvendorstomonitororderstatus,confirmdeliveryschedules,andresolveshortagesordelays. SupportProjectManagerswithsubcontractordocumentation,schedulingcoordination,andcommunicationefforts. Collect,organize,andsubmitprojectsubmittals,includingcolorselections,productspecifications,andcertificationapprovals. Prepare,issue,andtrackpurchaseordersformaterials,services,andsubcontractorsinalignmentwithprojectbudgetsandtimelines. Submitandmanagepermitapplicationsandassistwithinspectionsandcompliancedocumentation. Monitorprojectprogress,maintainprojectmanagementsystems,andproactivelyaddresschallengesbyescalatingissueswithrecommendedsolutions. Supportsitesupervisorswithprojectdocumentation,safetycompliance,andqualitycontrolprocesses. Maintainaccuraterecordsofdeliveries,equipmentusage,projectmilestones,changeorders,andothercriticalprojectdocumentation. Facilitatecommunicationbetweenfieldteamsandofficestafftoensurealignmentonschedules,resources,andprojectobjectives. Assistwithclientcommunications,schedulingupdates,andcoordinationofmeetingswhilerepresentingtheconstructionteamprofessionally. Compileandsubmitprojectcloseoutdocumentation,includingwarranties,as-builtdocumentation,operationandmaintenancemanuals,andfinalinspectionapprovals. SupportProjectManagersinpreparingweeklyandmonthlyprojectstatusreports. Identifyopportunitiestoimprovescheduling,communication,documentation,andfieldcoordinationprocesses.
