Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology (IR) registered nurse (RN) position available in Phoenix, Arizona. Candidates are responsible for providing specialized care in an IR unit, including neuro IR procedures, pre-operative and post-operative patient management, and maintaining sterile fields. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Phoenix, Arizona
• Required Qualifications: Licensure to submit, minimum of 2 years of experience, certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), experience in neuro IR, pre-operative and post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), and intensive care unit (ICU).
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, either 0700-1730 or 0730-1800 based on shift need; 9-hour shifts, 0730-1700 Monday through Friday with a day off during the week; minimum 40 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Neuro IR experience, pre-op/PACU experience, ICU experience, maintaining sterile fields.
• Additional Information: Travel teams must have their own vehicles, and candidates must have natural hair color and no facial piercings. All RNs are expected to complete SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes, with assessments on sterile technique. Occasional Saturday shifts (1-2 times per month) and possible holiday shifts may be required. Candidates must pass a dysrhythmia exam on day 1 of orientation.
• Certifications required: BLS and ACLS.
• Certifications and licensure review and submission are required.
