Job Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk with strong QuickBooks experience to join our team on a part-time basis . This role involves entering and managing financial and administrative data, ensuring accuracy and supporting business operations. Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into QuickBooks , Excel , and Zoho CRM .
Create and track vendor purchase orders , ensuring timely delivery and updates.
Review and verify documents: sales orders, vendor invoices, supplier charges , and other financial records.
Generate reports using Excel (pivot tables) and QuickBooks.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems .
Assist with basic bookkeeping, transcription, and clerical tasks .
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows .
Support general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
2–5 years of data entry experience (finance or accounting preferred).
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop preferred) .
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel , including formulas and pivot tables.
Excellent attention to detail and basic math skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred .
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP systems or other accounting software.
Knowledge of 10-Key typing .
Prior office or administrative experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
