We are a family-friendly company that values the differences that make each associate unique. Job Description Daily Tasks Include: Operate computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts. Load and unload materials onto the machine. Detect malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools. Load cut parts onto racks, skids, and/or shelves. Communicate with co-workers regarding productions runs. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment. Perform typical machine shop operations. Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to manager or CSF. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures. Job Requirements Perform the following CNC related duties: Power up and power down Calling up and entering CNC program Complete operator maintenance functions Run the machine Perform inspection of machined products (including documentation of results). Complete and maintain paperwork for parts Perform fabrication Lift up to 40 lbs.
