Responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations to determine patient needs, impairments, and functional goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, functional independence, and discharge goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions including range of motion, strengthening, gait training, balance training, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, optimize safety, and support timely discharge planning.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Active physical therapy license in the United States (state-specific as required).
- Ability to work in an inpatient acute care setting.
- Strong communication skills with patients, families, and clinical staff.
- Proficiency in standard PT evaluation and treatment procedures and documentation.
- Availability to work a 40-hour workweek on daytime shifts.
- Adaptability to new clinical environments and teams; travel-ready.
