The opportunity

We are seeking an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead who combines deep knowledge of the Adobe ecosystem with a proven ability to originate, grow, and deliver transformation programs. This leader will drive Adobe-related sales opportunities, shape client strategies, and oversee the implementation of Adobe solutions. The role requires a blend of business development, executive relationship management, solution architecture, and program delivery experience, helping clients transform marketing and customer experience capabilities while delivering measurable business value.

In this role, you will build and manage the delivery of technology transformation projects and programs that align with our organizational strategy. You will provide assurance to leadership by managing timelines, costs, and quality, while leading both technical and non-technical project teams in the development and implementation of technology solutions and infrastructure.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the effective management and delivery of complex processes, solutions, and projects. You will navigate operational and organizational dynamics while maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills and expand your professional network. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
• Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities while serving as the executive lead for key pursuits and client relationships.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead complex implementations by designing scalable, cross-platform integrations leveraging APIs, automation, and leading-practice solution architectures.
• Own delivery excellence across estimation, governance, deployment, and value realization while leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Advise executives on AI-powered transformation by defining future-state marketing capabilities, identifying innovation opportunities, and translating emerging technologies into business value.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% to support client engagements, business development activities, and team leadership responsibilities.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); Master’s degree preferred.
• No less than 10-12 years of relevant experience in selling and delivering Adobe cross platform implementation.

• Demonstrated expertise in at least 2-3 of the following specialties: Adobe AJO, Adobe AEM, Adobe GenStudio, Workfront, Adobe RT CDP

• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex programs in technology, telecom, media, consumer products, or retail industries.
• Track record of originating, shaping, and closing consulting and platform transformation opportunities.
• Strong people leader with experience building teams, mentoring talent, and driving delivery excellence.

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
• Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
• Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
