Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An infusion pharmacy leader is needed to oversee daily operations and clinical services in home-based intravenous therapies. This role is ideal for a pharmacist experienced in sterile compounding, infusion pharmacy, or specialty pharmacy settings, who excels at managing pharmacy teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Location: Medina, OH

Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Must have flexibility for administrative on-call duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
- Lead and develop pharmacy staff through recruitment, training, orientation, performance evaluations, and on-call scheduling
- Ensure compliance with state pharmacy laws and USP <797/800> compounding standards to maintain quality and regulatory adherence
- Collaborate clinically with healthcare providers to optimize infusion therapy patient outcomes
- Support branch financial goals by participating in budgeting, workflow improvements, and performance initiatives
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Ohio
- 5-7 years of clinical and operational pharmacy experience, preferably in home infusion or acute care environments
- Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory requirements
- Proven leadership skills in managing pharmacy teams
- Experience with CPR+/CareTend systems highly preferred
