Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, focusing on the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, goals, and preferences of clients. \n
- Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices, ensuring a knowledgeable support system. \n
- Monitor client progress actively, documenting changes and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes. \n
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients. \n
- Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in treatment methodologies related to mood disorders. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and opportunities for professional growth. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field required. \n

- Competitive yearly salary in the range of USD 120,000 – 140,000, along with a signing bonus of $3,000 for qualified candidates. \n
