This position is critical to maintaining execution velocity, reducing operational risk, and ensuring Quartz continues to meet its reliability and performance objectives.Key Responsibilities & QualificationsStrong Python development experience.Hands-on experience with Django and REST API development.Strong MySQL and database skills.Deep Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.Infrastructure engineering and automation experience.Experience with Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with observability and monitoring tools; Dynatrace preferredExperience working in large-scale production environments.Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.Strong understanding of SRE, Reliability Engineering, and DevOps practices.Experience with OpenTelemetry and modern observability tools.Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation frameworks. xhyhwjd Financial Services and/or Trading Platform experience.Key Technical Focus AreasDynatrace / Performance Engineering AnalysisPythonDevOpsSRE / Reliability EngineeringSLOs / SLIsCloud – Azure and/or AWSObservability & MonitoringInfrastructure AutomationCI/CDLinuxAnsibleOpenTelemetryInfrastructure-as-CodeDjango / REST APIsMySQL
