Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience working with K-12 grade levels preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and MTSS/RTI processes
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs of students
• Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations for educational programming and interventions
• Participate actively in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and contribute to positive student outcomes
• Provide direct and indirect counseling services to support students’ mental health and academic engagement
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for supportive problem-solving and resource sharing across grade levels
• Offer crisis intervention and develop proactive strategies for school-wide well-being
• Serve schools throughout the county, adapting to the unique needs of each campus
