ASSISTANT MANAGER Full Time Hauula, HI, US Salary Range: $21.00 To $23.00 Hourly Summary Assists the Store Manager with daily store operations, employee supervision, customer service, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Duties Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns. Supervise employees in sales, inventory, cash handling, and service tasks. Train, coach, evaluate, and document employee performance as needed. Support sales, merchandising, pricing, display, and inventory control. Enforce safety, security, health, and sanitation standards. Oversee cash handling and cashier procedures. Communicate with managers and employees to ensure smooth operations. Assist with weekly scheduling and other management duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Some college preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of retail, supermarket, or liquor industry experience.
