Job Summary
Modani Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Homecare Professional in Unadilla, NE. As a valued member of our organization, you will provide in-home care services to seniors and adults who need support with daily living. Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care services to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care services and observations
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily tasks
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and advocacy
Requirements
- 0 years of experience in home care or a related field (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
- Ability to lift, bend, and move around clients' homes safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
