Senior Case Manager for Homeless Families & Housing Support

A non-profit organization in New York seeks a Case Manager Supervisor to provide direct services and supervise staff for homeless families. This role includes maintaining a caseload, conducting assessments, and linking residents to community resources. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Human Services and three years of relevant crisis counseling experience, including sensitivity to the needs of diverse populations.
