UX/UI Designer

Job Title: UX/UI Designer III – Digital Interactive Designer MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE. WILL NOT CONSIDER LESS Location: Remote Duration: 1 Year (Ongoing) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM ET Pay Range: $46+/hr Depending on experience Job Description: We are seeking a Digital-First UX/UI Designer with strong interactive design experience and a background in an advertising agency environment . The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating modern, engaging digital experiences across multiple platforms including email, websites, web banners, social media, and occasional mobile applications. This role is heavily focused on visual design and UI execution , with limited UX research responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about design, stays current with digital trends, and enjoys continuously learning new tools and techniques. Responsibilities: Design digital experiences across various platforms including: Emails Web banners Websites Social media content Occasional mobile applications Create responsive layouts that adapt across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices Apply modern design patterns and UI best practices Develop intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences Build prototypes and communicate design concepts effectively Stay up to date with current digital design trends and emerging technologies Present portfolio examples and explain design decisions and project contributions Required Qualifications: 5+ years of UX/UI Design experience preferred Minimum of 2+ years working within an advertising agency or creative agency environment (REQUIRED) Strong proficiency with Figma (PRIMARY DESIGN TOOL) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including: Adobe XD Photoshop Illustrator Strong understanding of: Responsive design principles UX/UI best practices Digital design standards Modern interface patterns Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work (website portfolio preferred) Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients Experience creating clickable prototypes Basic HTML/CSS knowledge Motion graphics or animation experience Strong understanding of clean, modern, minimal design aesthetics Additional Information: Remote position Portfolio review will be required during the interview process Interview process typically consists of one round with the hiring manager and team members Team is open to candidates who may initially start around 20 hours/week and transition to a full 40-hour schedule based on business needs What to Look For: Digital Designer / Interactive Designer background Advertising agency experience is a must-have Strong Figma expertise Strong visual/UI design skills over research-heavy UX Candidates with polished online portfolios Experience designing across email, web, social, and digital platforms Candidates who demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and willingness to learn Keywords: UX/UI Designer, Digital Designer, Interactive Designer, UI Designer, Visual Designer, Product Designer, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Responsive Design, Web Design, Email Design, Digital Experience, Prototyping, Creative Agency, Advertising Agency, Healthcare Design, Pharmaceutical Design, HTML, CSS, Motion Graphics, Animation, Portfolio Design #J-18808-Ljbffr
