About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Math Teacher to join our team at the Middle School level. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality math instruction to our students, ensuring that they are well-prepared for their academic and personal futures. As a Math Teacher, you will play a critical role in shaping the minds of our students and helping them to develop a love for learning.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
• Valid teaching certification or license
• Experience teaching math at the middle school level
• Strong knowledge of math concepts and ability to effectively communicate them to students

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Mathematics or related field
• Experience with differentiated instruction and/or teaching students with diverse learning needs
• Experience with technology integration in the classroom

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and standards
• Assess and evaluate student progress regularly and provide feedback to students and parents
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success and achievement
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Skills:

As a Math Teacher, you will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. You will also use your strong organizational and time-management skills to plan and deliver effective instruction. Additionally, you will use your knowledge of math concepts and ability to adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners to ensure that all students are successful in your classroom.
