Position Title: Discovery Paralegal
Location: Washington, DC

Salary Range : $85,000 - $95,000 Annually

Position Description:
Join an industry-leading cybersecurity and digital transformation company supporting national defense, federal civilian agencies, and Fortune 500 organizations. As a Discovery Paralegal, you will play a critical role in managing complex legal discovery projects, analyzing and reviewing electronic and paper documents, and ensuring precise privilege and document compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-security environment that impacts national security and legal integrity. You will collaborate with federal government teams, utilize advanced e-discovery platforms, and contribute to mission-critical operations, all while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities include analyzing requests from customers, conducting responsive document searches, performing privilege reviews, managing discovery data, and preparing detailed case documentation. You will also support legal teams in drafting responses, maintaining records, and communicating effectively with federal staff. This is a dynamic role ideal for experienced legal professionals committed to excellence and national service.

Top Requirements:

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SSBI
• Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, including discovery/e-discovery and privilege review
• Experience with electronic and paper document review, including using platforms like Symantec Clearwell or Relativity
• Ability to work onsite five days a week at the Hoover Building in Washington, DC
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills
