Summary NextGen Home Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs, CO. As a trusted partner of Keller Williams Partners, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional client service and knowledgeable real estate guidance. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to apply your local market expertise, build meaningful client relationships, and grow your career. - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Colorado Springs area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings effectively.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure ethical and professional service.
- Utilize NextGen Home Group's marketing tools and platforms to promote listings and expand client base.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate sales preferred
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and Google Workspace
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships
