Desktop Support Engineer with Banking client Experience

Our Desktop Support Engineers ensure uninterrupted productivity for thousands of banking users — balancing enterprise-scale IT support with strict regulatory controls and zero-downtime SLAs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1–2 desktop, laptop, and peripheral support for Windows/Mac endpoints in regulated banking environments.
- Deploy, image, and configure corporate-standard devices using SCCM, Intune, or equivalent MDM tools.
- Troubleshoot OS, application, and network connectivity issues — including Active Directory, Outlook, Citrix, and VPN access — under strict SLA timelines.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce endpoint encryption, patch management, and audit readiness across banking client sites.
- Document resolutions, update knowledge bases, and escalate complex issues to Tier 3 or vendor teams with precision.
- Support banking client-specific tools and workflows, including teller systems, core banking interfaces, and trading floor applications.
